This issue explores facets of the Unity of Being as both an experiential truth and a guiding principle of love. In his discourse, Alireza Nurbakhsh emphasizes that unity can only be known through love, both as evidence of our kinship with all creation and as the means of realizing oneness. John Novis’s Kumbh Mela photo essay portrays communal unity, while Michael Sivori critiques spiritual bypassing and the mind–body dualism underlying much of contemporary mindfulness. An interview with Dr. Alan Sherr connects holistic medicine with belief in “something greater,” and further features range from a parable on grace to a Zelda-inspired spiritual odyssey, while poems by Alireza and others deepen these themes with intimate resonance.
