Meditation Sessions
The Sunday discourse was from Dr. Alireza Nurbakhsh where he discussed some of the spiritual challenges experienced by humanity during the COVID pandemic. In particular he talked about how to focus ones mind on the present moment.
The Thursday discourse was from Dr. Javad Nurbakhsh (translated by Dr. Alireza Nurbakhsh) about the chivalry of Iranian Sufis.
Community Service
The Nimatullahi community in Houston will be collecting non-perishable food donations for a local food pantry. The food pantry helps homeless and disadvantaged families in the Greater Houston area.
